Ulrika nets a fortune

Although the final line-up has yet to be officially unveiled, a few of the stars of this year’s Celebrity Big Brother are apparently fuming about their fees after finding out that Swedish TV star Ulrika Jonsson is set to earn up to eight times as much as the lowest paid stars.
The former weathergirl and Shooting Stars team captain will reportedly net a cool £175,000 for her stint in the CBB house, with Channel 4 bosses hoping she’ll spice up the show by spilling the sordid can of beans on her high-profile flings with disgraced TV presenter John Leslie, footballer Stan Collymore and former England soccer boss Sven-Goran Eriksson.
Bizarrely, the second-highest paid celebrity is the Daily Star’s resident “stunna” Lucy Pinder, who’s set to rake in £150,000 for her appearance.
Austin Powers star Verne Troyer will take home £136,000, and La Toya Jackson nets £100,000. Gobby ex-Sugababe Mutya Buena and whining professional Mancunian Terry Christian will each net £75,000.
Other less successful earners tipped to star in the gameshow include Liberty X warbler Michelle Heaton (£60,000), rapper Coolio,and Shameless star Tina Malone (£30,000 each), while former A1 singer Ben Adams (no, us neither) stands to pocket £20,000.
The fun starts on Channel 4 this Friday at 9pm.
